MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By opting in to the “Class Alerts & Promotions” text‑messaging program (“Program”) offered by Eagle Martial Arts (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Program sends automated SMS and/or MMS messages to inform subscribers about:

• Class schedule updates, cancellations, or reminders

• Promotional offers, new programs, and special events

3. USER OPT‑IN & CONSENT

You may enroll by submitting your mobile number on our website, in person, or via another opt‑in method we make available. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on class activity and promotions, but will not exceed reasonable limits.

5. COST

Message & data rates may apply. You are responsible for all charges from your mobile carrier.

6. HOW TO OPT‑OUT

Reply STOP to any Program message to cancel at any time. After we process your request, you will receive one final confirmation text.

8. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. DEVICE & SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

You must have a text‑capable mobile device and wireless service subscription.

10. PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://intromartialarts.com/privacy-policy-page. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate.

12. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by posting an updated version on our website and updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Program.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless you and Company agree to arbitration.
